• T&P relief valve & discharge line; thermal expansion device present/working

• Anode/scale indicators; recommend flush/descale as needed

Leak & Safety Screening

• Targeted moisture readings at common risk areas (sinks, tubs, showers, around toilets)

• Slab leak indicators (pressure loss patterns; optional acoustic test if signs present)

• Gas odor/appliance connector visual check (full gas testing available if requested)

Exterior & Utility Areas

• Hose bibbs (vacuum breakers, freeze protection, leaks)

• Cleanouts & sewer flow observations

• Laundry/washer box (valves, hammer arrestors, standpipe height/flow)

Documentation

• Written checklist with pass/fail notes, photos (on request), and Good / Better / Best repair or maintenance options.
